NSTR is working with an PE backed Corporate Finance business in Manchester to recruit a Senior Manager / Associate Director in its fast growth Transaction Services team.

Working within the framework of a national business, and alongside some exceptionally talented ex Big 4 colleagues, the ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual who can go on to make Director and Partner in short order.

You’ll lead financial due diligence engagements across a diverse client base — from private equity to dynamic corporates — providing critical insights that influence strategic investment decisions.

We’re looking for a professional with:

• Proven experience in FDD or Transaction Services (ideally from Big 4 / Top 10 or leading boutiques)
• Strong technical and analytical capability, paired with commercial acumen
• The confidence to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional result
