SPA Advisory – London

NSTR is working with a leading SPA Advisory team that sits within Transaction Advisory Services. They are growing their SPA Advisory team at Manager and Associate Director grade.

We are keen to speak with commercial candidates who are technically strong accountants and have experience advising on M&A transactions from a FDD/VDD background – also ideally some previous SPA engagement experience. Our client is also looking for candidates who are interested utilising personal network and participating in business development activities to support the continued growth of this service line. This role would be ideal for candidates looking to move into a niche and specialist advisory role focussing on pre and post deal projects.
