Senior Manager, Audit- Liverpool

NSTR is working with a leading independent firm of Accountants to appoint an Audit Senior Manager into their Liverpool city centre office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning firm and is offering a clear route to Director and Partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Directors and Partners in a client facing position
• Lead a team of auditors including Trainees, Seniors and Managers – supporting and motivating them to ensure they deliver to the best of their capabilities
• Manage own portfolio of clients to maximise efficiency, profitability and satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements is met
• Identifying and actioning business development opportunities
• Recruitment – attracting talent to the firm

Requirements:

• Experience working as an Audit Manager/Senior Manager in practice, managing a varied portfolio of clients
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Strong and effective leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing a high performing team
