NSTR is working with a Top 20 accountancy firm to appoint a Senior Manager into their Audit & Accounts team in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied client portfolio; planning audits, supervising staff and reporting directly to the Partners to ensure client needs are met
- Statutory accounts preparation experience under UK GAAP
- Ad hoc assignments and projects
- Identify and action business development opportunities
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with good knowledge and experience of auditing standards
- Experience auditing a wide range of clients from various sectors, client facing and managing a portfolio with relevant port qualification experience at Manager/Senior Manager level
- Statutory accounts preparation experience under UK GAAP
- People management / supervisory experience
