Semi Senior/Senior Accountant – Stoke

NSTR is partnered with an established accountancy practice in Stoke. This is a unique and dynamic role with the opportunity for study support for the right candidate. The role offers £22,000 – £30,000 annual salary depending on experience and a generous benefits package.

Role responsibilities:

• Preparing of annual accounts
• Preparing management accounts at monthly and quarterly intervals
• Calculation and filing of VAT returns
• Preparation of corporation and income tax
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

• AAT qualified (or equivalent)
• 2 years minimum experience within an accountancy practice
• Excellent personal and communication skills
• Experience of calculating and submitting client VAT returns and corporation tax returns
• Ambitious and persistent, self-motivated and able to work to targets
