NSTR is working closely with a leading firm of accountants in Manchester city centre to appoint a Semi Senior into their Outsourcing and Accounts team. Dealing with owner managed businesses and clients in some very interesting sectors, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing management accounts and presenting back to the client
- VAT returns
- Preparing year-end financial statements and corporation tax computations
- Assisting and training staff on their accounting software and resolving any issues
- Maintaining effective relationships with portfolio of clients
- Training more junior members of the team
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/ACA
- Strong numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Xero and Sage line 50
