 £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

 

NSTR is partnered with a global organisation that require an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team in their Oldbury offices for a newly created position.

Working alongside a small payroll team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for over 1000 employees. Duties will include but will not be limited to: setting up new starters, processing leavers and changes, calculation of statutory payments and deductions, handling employee queries and year end responsibilities.

 

Experience Required:
  • Previous experience running a complex in-house payroll
  • Up to date payroll legislation knowledge, including knowledge of the government furlough scheme
  • CIPP qualified is beneficial but not essential for this role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous use of the IRIS is beneficial
