Payroll Manager – Urmston

NSTR has an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an organisation based in the Urmston area. This is a stand alone position holding fully responsibility for the Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring payroll deadlines are met and employees are paid on time 
• Managing some small additional international payrolls 
• Ensuring compliance is met
• End to end payroll for UK payrolls. 
• Keeping up to date with payroll legislation
• Continuous process improvements 
• Managing a time and attendance system 
• Building and growing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Producing payroll reports 
• Managing pensions and benefits 
• Ad hoc duties

The candidate:

• CIPP qualification is desirable 
• Experience of multi-site payroll
• Experience using a time and attendance system
• Excellent communication skills
