Excellent opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an accountancy practice based in Liverpool. You will be managing the payroll team and taking responsibility for the payroll clients ensuring payroll deadlines are met in line with payroll legislation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of payroll administrators
  • On boarding new payroll clients
  • Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
  • Dealing with HMRC
  • Training and development of payroll team
  • Process improvement
  • Processing end to end payrolls as required
  • Producing payroll reports
  • Invoicing clients for payroll services
  • Ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Must have team management experience
  • Must have client payroll experience
  • Excellent technical payroll knowledge
  • Good communicator

 

You will be inheriting a great payroll team and friendly environment. On-site parking, 25 days holiday plus bank hols, pension, death in service.
