Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the payroll and pensions team
• Being a part of the senior management team responsible for making strategic decisions
• Develop, mentor and train the team
• Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring deadlines are met in line with compliance
• Continuous process improvements
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Projects, reporting and ad hoc duties

• Must have strong leadership experience
• Excellent technical payroll and pensions knowledge
• Ability to work at a strategic level
• Excellent communication skills
