NSTR is working with a Payroll Bureau based in Whitchurch, Shropshire who are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing of client’s payroll alongside a busy team. This role offers flexible working, with a mixed week of working from home and office working.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up starters and processing leavers
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for clients
- Maintaining accurate payroll data
- Submitting payroll information to HMRC on behalf of clients
- Processing multiple pension schemes
- Processing payment and statutory deductions
- Managing queries in relation to pay
Requirements:
- Previous experience within payroll, ideally within a bureau
- Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
- Knowledge of the furlough process
- Ability to confidently liaise with clients and senior management
- Ability to manage own workload
- Good systems skills
