Excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join an organisation based in Stoke on Trent.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing end to end payrolls 
  • Ensuring all data is correctly uploaded to the HR/Payroll System
  • Pension contributions and reconciliation
  • Calculating statuary deductions
  •  Working closely with other teams ensuring the HR/Payroll system is working efficiently
  • Building Internal and external relationships 
  • Producing payroll reports
  • Resolving any payroll queries
  • Ad hoc duties

 

 

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent and up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience processing end to end payroll
