Outsourcing & Accounts Manager/Assistant Manager- Manchester

NSTR are working with an established firm of Chartered Accountants and Corporate Advisers who are looking to appoint a Manager and Assistant Manager into their Outsourcing & Accounts team in Manchester due to recent growth.

Responsibilities:

• Working with owner managed businesses in a fast-paced and client facing role, often dealing with high profile clients in the sports and entertainment industry
• Managing a team (Manager role only), reviewing work of and providing training to junior team members
• Outsourcing duties (including VAT returns & management accounts) and year-end compliance (including corporation tax)
• Training and assisting clients with accounting software, including any issues which arise and software migration
• Ad hoc tasks including cash flows, budgets and information for third parties

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Experience working in an outsourcing team within practice
• Good knowledge of accounting software packages such as Xero, Sage line 50 and Excel
