Manager, Financial Model Assurance – London

NSTR is working closely with a leading accountancy practice to appoint a Manager into their Financial Model Assurance team. There is an option for this role to be based in London/Birmingham/Edinburgh/Manchester. Providing a range of financial modelling-related services to a large and varied portfolio of clients in relation to major infrastructure projects, either in the private or public sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with and assisting the lead consultant in the delivery of model audit engagements
• Assisting in the completion of tax and accounting advisory assignments, including undertaking research on accounting issues – often liaising with tax advisors and sometimes assisting with drafting of reports
• Supporting the delivery of services to the equity funds team on the acquisition and disposal of equity in project entities

Requirements:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Background in either audit/corporate finance/forensics
• Strong project management and commercial skills, effectively able to tailor client communications as required
