M&A Tax Consultant / Associate Director – Manchester

NSTR is working on an exciting opportunity with a leading M&A tax team in Manchester to appoint a Consultant and/or Associate Director.

Requirements:

• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
• Previous M&A experience dealing with international clients gained from a professional services firm with regards to advising clients on transaction tax and due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent communication and project management skills and ability to identify and prioritise issues
