Excellent opportunity for a Payroll and HR service delivery manager to join an organisation based in the Stoke on Trent area.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ultimately responsible for the inhouse payroll, HR and pensions ensuring they are compliant
  • Develop, maintain and manage the payroll/HR system
  • Provide high level advice and guidance on all matters relating to payroll and pensions in line with HMRC
  • Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
  • Building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Responsible for system and process improvements and development within HR and payroll
  • Managing and supporting team leaders

 

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent technical payroll knowledge
  • CIPP qualification is desirable
  • System Implementation experience is desirable
