NSTR is working closely with a large firm of accountants and business advisers to appoint a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager/Manager into their growing Outsourcing team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for your portfolio of clients, attending client meetings, taking on new clients, final reporting etc
- Working to agreed timescales and delivering high quality assignments
- Business development – preparing and proposing pricing for new opportunities
- Managing a team – recruitment of new staff, coaching and training new team members
Requirements for the role:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Previous practice experience in statutory accounts preparation, large consolidations and cash flow statements or audit services to large businesses
- Strong knowledge of IFRSs and UK GAAP
- Experience managing or leading a team, training and mentoring junior staff
