NSTR are currently partnered with a household brand in their search for a Financial Accountant to join a growing team.
This would be a great opportunity for someone from practice looking to take the move into industry, reporting to a Big 4 trained manager with great success in developing 1st time movers.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the annual statutory accounts
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual reporting packs
- P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaising with the external auditors and tax advisers
- Deliver fully supported notes to the Year End accounts
- Identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
- Additional Ad-hoc duties when called upon
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Previous practice experience
- Proficient in Excel and experienced user of accounting and financial systems
- Ability to work as part of a team
