NSTR is currently working with a leading private equity backed global Consultancy firm which is expanding their ERP Business Transformation practice in the US with a key hire which will focus on providing clients with the expertise and support they need to navigate complex business challenges.

The ERP Implementations team partners with organizations to deliver end-to-end enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, helping businesses optimize processes, enhance data management, and drive digital transformation.

Equity Partner – Person Specification:

As a Partner in the ERP Implementations team, you will play a critical role in driving ERP implementation strategy, engaging clients, and collaborating with wider teams to deliver seamless, enterprise-wide technology solutions.

• The ideal candidate will have deep ERP expertise be a subject matter expert in one or more ERP systems, possess strong leadership skills, and experience in managing complex implementation projects.
• You will have 15+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Expertise in leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
