Business Services Manager – Manchester

A well-established and growing Top 20 accountancy firm in Manchester are looking to hire a qualified Business Solutions Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team and multiple assignments in a timely and effective manner, including work flow of the department
• Review of accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies in accordance with Practice Assurance requirements
• Review of management reporting for outsourcing clients
• Managing outsourcing assignments while ensuring team are in control of daily tasks
• Performing annual appraisals for your team
• Proactive networking and marketing of the department and firm
• Manage costs being charged to clients, dealing with jobs that may exceed budget
• Meet clients face to face and develop good relationships

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong technical experience and first point of contact for a client portfolio, able to advise clients accordingly and efficiently
• Team management experience, excellent communication skills and proactive and ambitious nature
