Our client is open on the level you’d be brought in at. They’re looking for experienced Advisory candidates (min 3+ years) to join their teams up and down the country.

NSTR is working alongside a globally recognised Advisory Practice with a search for a TS FDD Manager across several UK offices.

Our client is a well-respected firm looking to add multiple TS Managers up and down the country with exceptional profiles. They are looking for experienced TS Assistant Manager candidates as well as TS Manager candidates from all firms and locations in the UK, international candidates are also encouraged to apply and there will be visa/sponsorship assistance.

The Transaction Services team collaborate with organisations of all shapes and sizes delivering accurate DD reports activity as well as working with reputable Private Equity houses and Investment Banks.

You’ll help bolster the companies growth across their Transaction Services business by drawing on your strong Financial Due Diligence experience whilst working with a variety of clients and being the key contact for on a day to day basis. You will also help with the development of juniors by supporting and reviewing their work.

NSTR is working with a leading advisory firm to recruit a Tech M&A Associate Director. For their highly regarded corporate finance team in London or Reading which will be a no 2 role to the Tech M&A Partner supporting all lead advisory activities

This newly created Tech M&A role will support a range of deals across IT Services (Cloud, Infrastructure, B2B Services) and the IT Software / SAAS, E-Commerce space as this firm looks to build its Tech M&A team in the UK.

Salary: £80,000 – £115,000 pa plus up to 100% bonus
